C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by President, Tottori University,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Tottori University.
