E prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
F prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
G meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation,
H not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
