c )Have received ISO/IEC 27001 or JIS Q27001, and Privacy Mark certification. Also, when using a cloud service, it must have acquired ISO/IEC27017 and ISO/IEC27018, or equivalent quality assurance.
d )Have the ability to participate in a consortium but cannot join as a member of another consortium or by itself if it is a representative or a member of a consortium.
