⑺ Suppliers eligible for partici pating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have been qualified for the proposal of procurement of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procedures for Procuring Equipment of the fiscal year 2025 and 2026, in the East district, Urban Renaissance Agency.
② respond to attendance inspection in Japan
③ the supplier must have completed at least one contract since fiscal year 2020 with a public institution (including national government, local governments, and independent administrative agencies) or a listed company with 1,000 or more employees, involving one of the following services.
・Work involving the development and related tasks for the implementation of generative AI.
④ Regarding the execution of this work, a person responsible for the work must be appointed who meets all of the following requirements.
For item (C), a copy of the relevant contract or similar documentation must be attached. However, if disclosure of such information is difficult due to a non-disclosure agreement or similar reasons, a written declaration (in any format) stating that the declared experience is truthful and accurate must be submitted.
(A) The person must be employed by the organization submitting the expression of interest. (This must be proven by a document-any format-verifying the employment relationship between the responsible person and the submitting organization.)
(B) At least one person must be assigned who has either passed the Project Manager Examination conducted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), or holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
(C) The person must have at least one year of experience, since fiscal year 2020, in performing the following work for a public institution or a listed company with 1,000 or more employees :
Work involving the development and related tasks for the implementation of generative AI.
